Terms and Order Information Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you wish to make a return, simply send it back insured within twenty days of receiving the item(s). Please ship your return in the original packaging.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Wire Transfers, and Company Checks.
Net terms are available for government agencies, educational institutions, crime labs, research labs, and companies who provide credit information.

Shipping and Handling
You will be shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. The cost on shipping Cloud Dome Kits in the USA and Canada is $15.00 by FEDEX Ground.
Generally, you can expect to received an item within one weeks of ordering it.
Please E-mail Cloud Dome if you would like to inquire about faster delivery, or mark your preference in the space allocated for such changes. Our preference for shipping is FEDEX Ground, which requires a street address.
Sales Tax
We must charge sales tax of 3.8% if you ship your order to Colorado, where our home office is located. Look for sales tax to appear on the Purchase Verification page.
Tracking Your Purchase
You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via FEDEX. Cloud Dome will send a second confirmation e-mail, which contains a FEDEX tracking number. Use that number to track your FEDEX package at http://www.fedex.com.

Purchases From Outside the U.S
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the U.S. and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases and any extra shipping fees will apply. If you are making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in full and our Help Desk will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.
Shipping rates to United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan are about $40 by US Priority Mail with a 4 to 14 day delivery time. Please contact us by e-mail for shipping cost to other countries.
